IS SERVICE RENT A CAR OPEN FOR BUSINESS?
Yes. Service Rent A Car has a large fleet and variety of sizes of vehicles and standard models ranging from a 4 seat economy vehicle up to 15 Passengers vans, our Minivans and Mid-Size Vehicles are the most popular for in & out of state family travel vacations Rentals. We provide rentals for whomever has an insurance claim and the vehicle is a sustitute transportation, our office will direct bill your insurance if they pre-approve the direct billing and or you will pay us and get a reimbursment from your insurance provider. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Cash there’s certain policies that follows payment processing and requirements depending on what are using to pay for our rentals. WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO CLEAN RENTAL CARS?
Each rental vehicle at Service Rent A Car is thoroughly cleaned between every rental and backed with our Complete Clean Pledge. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements, with particular attention to more than 20-plus high-touch points.
WHATS IS THE CURRENT CAR RENTAL PROCESS?
To help protect both customers and employees, we have modified our car rental process. This includes the addition of curbside rentals at our locations to help promote social distancing by getting you quickly on your way while avoiding foot traffic in our locations.
Delivery is also offered at select car rental locations throughout the country. Please contact your rental branch for availability.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO RENT A CAR?
In order to rent from Service Rent A Car in the United States, all drivers must meet the following requirements:
- Meet the renting location’s minimum age requirements.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a Full Coverage Policy or meet the minimun insurance requirements we offer CDW for those who qualify.
- Be able to provide an acceptable form of payment. Other documents must be required if your form of payments is not a Major Credit Card, you may be ask to provide a current Utility Bill.
Additional items to consider prior to picking up your rental car
- Drop-off times are restricted within our working hours, for special accomodations fees apply.
- If you are 5-10 miles from our nearest location, we offer pick-up and drop-up at a convenience fee and during office hours.
- Use of toll roads renter pays such fees.
- Mileage restrictions, we offer unlimited for a different rate on certain vehicles.
- We guide you thru the insurance process and offer CDW for those who qualify.
- Deposit and Full Rental Payment is required upon pickup
- If return excessibly dirty a cleaning fee will apply
- Pets require management approval. There is a Pet Cleaning Fee, you sign a contract stating you will be responsible for any new damages to the vehicle disregarding the cause.
